Using this site
This website is operated by Mackenzie Insurance Agency Inc. ("MacKenzie," "we," or "us"). It exists to explain our services and let you request an insurance quote. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and coverage
Submitting the quote form does not buy insurance, bind coverage, or guarantee a rate. It asks our office to contact you. Coverage only exists once a licensed agent confirms it and a carrier issues a policy. Until then, you are not insured through us. Submitting the form doesn't create an agent relationship or require us to offer a quote or place coverage, and any numbers you see on this site are general examples, not an offer or a guaranteed price.
Accuracy
We work to keep everything on this site current and correct, but insurance products, carrier appetites, and Florida rules change. The details of any policy come from the policy itself, not from this website.
Other services and links
The "Start a Quote" button can take you to EZLink, our quote-start service. We also use trusted outside companies to host the site and route your quote request to our office. Services you reach from this site, and the providers we rely on, have their own terms and privacy practices, and we're not responsible for how they operate. Any information you submit through our quote form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability
To the extent Florida law allows, MacKenzie Insurance Agency is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website itself. This does not limit any obligation we have to you under an actual insurance policy or applicable law.
