What we collect

When you submit the quote request form, we receive what you typed: your name, phone number, email, address, whether you own or rent, gender, date of birth, vehicle details, and your consent to be contacted. When you send the form, our systems also record a couple of basic technical details automatically, like your device's IP address and browser type, to help keep the form secure and cut down on spam. The same goes for our showroom video kiosks: if you start a video call, we log the call itself (when it started, which kiosk, how long it lasted) along with those technical details. We don't record the video or audio. If you choose to attach documents, like a driver's license or a current policy, we receive those too. Apart from that, we only collect what you choose to share.

How we use it

Your information goes to our office, is saved in our staff system, and is sent to the insurance management system our agents use (EZLynx) so a licensed agent can prepare your quote, contact you, and keep track of your request. We use it only to help you with insurance. We do not sell it or rent it to anyone.

Who handles it along the way

• Our website host (Vercel) serves the site and passes your form submission to us.
• Our email provider (Resend) emails your request to our office.
• Our database provider (Supabase) saves your request in our staff system.
• So a licensed agent can prepare your quote and manage your file, your request is also sent into the insurance management system our agents use (EZLynx). It travels there through an automation service (Zapier), which passes the details along.
• If you choose to start a quote through EZLink, the information you enter there is handled by that service. (EZLink is the quote-start link on this site. It is not the same as EZLynx, the system our agents work in.)

How we protect it

• No selling or sharing of your information for marketing.
• No advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
• Nothing you type is stored in your browser. Your request and any documents you attach are kept in our staff system and in the insurance management system our agents use, reachable only by authorized staff and the trusted providers listed above, and never shown publicly on the website.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to help you with coverage, and as Florida insurance regulations require.

Your choices

Want to see, correct, or delete the information you gave us? Call us at (407) 547-7009 or email mackenzieinsurance@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some records where insurance or other laws require it.

Children

This site and our quote service are meant for adults shopping for vehicle insurance. We don't direct the site to children and don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor gave us information, call or email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions are always welcome on our contact page.
